Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your ALO activewear fits perfectly and meets your performance expectations.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gels
  • Beauty & Wellness products (once opened)
  • Yoga Mats & Equipment (if used or unsealed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Submit Your Request

Complete our Returns & Exchanges Form (provided below) and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

Package Your Items

Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our returns center at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal account

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (with limited exceptions in some parts of Asia and remote regions), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or international shipping costs associated with returns.
