5. Returns and Exchanges

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• Gels
• Beauty & Wellness products (once opened)
• Yoga Mats & Equipment (if used or unsealed)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Complete our Returns & Exchanges Form and email it to [email protected] within 15 days
2. We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package items securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
4. Ship to: ALO Clothing Shop Returns, 2081 Arrowood Drive, Jacksonville, US 32044

5.4 Refunds

Refund processing time:

• 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
• Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
